Graphene coolant(immersion)

Graphene coolant(immersion)

When nano-scale white graphene is uniformly dispersed into immersion cooling fluids (such as electronic fluorinated fluids or synthetic cooling oils), it can provide the following improvements:

  • Significantly increase the thermal conductivity of the base fluid: Traditional dielectric cooling fluids typically have very low thermal conductivity. After adding white graphene, it can overcome the physical limits of the liquid itself, allowing heat to transfer more rapidly from the heat source (GPU/CPU) into the fluid.

  • Exceptional safety and stability: It is chemically highly stable and will not react with copper tubing, plastic parts, solder, or sealants inside servers, effectively preventing corrosion and extending the service life of both the equipment and the coolant.

  • Suppress hotspot formation: For AI chips with extremely concentrated computing power, white graphene nanofluids can more quickly even out temperature differences on the chip surface, preventing local overheating that leads to thermal throttling.
